Danny sees the elevator spill blood, and then sees a bear leaning over him (the doctor). At the end of the movie Wendy will see this sequence in reverse when she sees A BEAR leaning over someone in a hotel bed and then sees the elevator spill blood. Bears are also found ABOVE DANNY'S BED at the hotel and the is a BEARSKIN RUG in the Colarado Lounge (which appears only when Jack is present in the room).

DANNY Mommy saying, 'Wake up, wake up, wake up Danny, wake up.'
DOCTOR Now Danny, can you remember what you were doing just before you started brushing your teeth?
