Jack is introduced to Dick Hallorann, played by SCATMAN CROTHERS. In 1975 the two starred together in ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST. Jack played a patient and Scatman played a sympathetic employee of the mental institution Jack was incarcerated in. Functioning as a mirror, in this movie Jack is not misdiagnosed.
